The main living areas are defined by the double height ceilings and expansive glazings that flood the interior with natural light while giving uninterrupted views of the sea, blurring the boundaries between the interior and exterior space. The modular sofa in soft ivory together with the timber tables and furniture finishes give warmth and contrast with the pale walls. The television wall is treated as a minimalist architectural feature, with a floating console and integrated shelving beneath the staircase. The staircase itself becomes a sculptural focal point, crafted in light wood with clean, geometric lines and subtle integrated lighting.

The kitchen is conceived as a compact architectural, minimalist and contemporary area, framed in dark wood finishing that contrasts beautifully with the surrounding pale walls. Handleless cabinetry, integrated appliances, and concealed lighting maintain a modern seamless, uncluttered aesthetic. A slim, under-cabinet LED glow enhances functionality while emphasizing the crisp lines of the joinery.

The dining area features a solid wood table with upholstered chairs in soft neutral tones. Minimal decorative objects like ceramic vases and textured wall art add quiet sophistication without overwhelming the space. Linear pendant lighting with a contemporary artistic profile introduces a subtle graphic element overhead.

The bedrooms continue the same aesthetic and design philosophy with clean lined furniture and integrated storage. Large windows maintain the visual connection to the outdoors, while low, streamlined cabinetry create. The colour and texture palette remains muted and calming, emphasizing comfort and tranquility.

Bathrooms are designed as intimate, spa-like retreats. A floating vanity in warm wood is paired with a monolithic stone basin. Backlit mirrors and concealed LED strips create a layered lighting effect, enhancing the tactile texture of the walls and the modern design of the space. Open shelving for rolled towels adds a boutique hotel touch.
