The office functions have been separated in order to address open office challenges. Specialized and ergonomic spaces enhance productivity while the environment stays balanced to support cooperation and concentration.
The collaboration hub is the main working area of the office designed for teamwork and brainstorming having the ability to adapt easily to different needs thanks to the flexibility of the furniture and office desks chosen. Vertical rotating wooden partitions delimit the collaboration hub with the lobby and reception area having the ability to complete separate or unify the mentioned spaces reinforcing the flexibility of the design.
Βehind the collaboration hub lies the quiet zone which is isolated from the rest office spaces ensuring privacy. This is ideal for professionals like engineers who need high levels of concentration. Right next to the quiet zone, the flexible zone is intended for short work tasks or short work breaks. In the same space, soundproof booths are integrated to meet the needs of modern work practices especially during the post pandemic time.

The mezzanine level houses offices for the manager and high ranking officers. Also, a big conference room occupies a large space. Folding walls provide a level of flexibility allowing the space to be configured on demand. The manager offices have direct overview on the main working area allowing him a level of control on the operation of the business. These spaces are enclosed in black-framed glass, allowing transparency while preserving acoustic separation, maintaining the office’s ethos of openness and collaboration.

Greenery is used around the project as a divisive feature. The greenery creates an aesthetic upgrade of the atmosphere, improves the quality of the air, reduces the echo and benefits the employee's quality of work by lowering anxiety. The lighting is designed by following the circadian rhythm by controling the intensity and temperature of the light, synchronizing with the biological clock of the human. As a result, the employee's mood improves increasing the productivity.
