The architectural proposal is structured around the need for a contemporary professional workspace with a clear corporate identity, functional organization and a strong presence within the urban context. The façade becomes a key communication element for the company, combining large glazed surfaces at ground level, horizontal openings on the upper floors and controlled shading elements.

Particular emphasis is placed on the relationship between light, transparency and privacy. The central vertical void with the tree acts as a compositional focal point, bringing natural light into the interior and creating a softer transition from the public realm to the building. The vertical shading elements, horizontal façade lines and night lighting enhance the technological and energy-oriented character of the company.

The proposal aims to create an office building with a clear professional image, contemporary aesthetics and functional flexibility, where architecture operates both as a workplace and as an expression of corporate identity.
