A Modern, Open Concept design

The foundation of this project lies in its modern, open concept design that blends living, dining and sleeping areas within a compact , just 58m², space that is thoroughly arranged in order to maximize space efficiency and balance functionality with comfort. Therefore, a cozy yet contemporary space is created.

Wood paneling and earthy colors are used mainly with a few bits of vivid colors achieving a warm natural environment that feels welcoming.

The living space is defined by the white sofa and tables against the off-white walls, illuminating the room. Bold and expressive artwork and decoratives together with the bright carpet introduce vividness, visual energy and personality. Meanwhile the wooden panel, brown sofa and curtain establish the eartly tone. All together achieve a balance between simplicity and vibrancy making the space simultaneously calm and expressive.

Lighting takes center stage in this project, with carefully selected fixtures. From oversized pendant lights in dining and living areas and minimalist bedside chandeliers to hidden LEDs, each piece is chosen to complement the design and create a warm, inviting ambiance maintaining the contemporary and luxurious design.

The kitchen follows a linear configuration that favours the space efficiency. Warm wood is used alongside with glossy white on the cabinets in order to create a contrast that breaks the monotony. Meanwhile, hidden lighting bellow the cabinets enhances the contemporary and luxurious feel.

The sleeping area is partially separated with a wooden panel that creates a sense of privacy without obstructing the sense of continuity and fluidity that the interior arrangement encompasses. This vertical element is used both as a spatial divider and a design feature.

The bed is framed by a custom wooden headboard, flanked symmetrically by lighting and bedside tables. The earthly color palette with browns, beige and white create a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

The bathroom adopts a minimalist character with large format greyish tiles creating continuous surfaces that enhance a visual calmness. The black framed glass grid that enclosures the shower create an industrial feel while the transparency enlarges the perception of space. The white washbasin furniture create a crisp visual contrast while enhancing the bathroom's sense of hygiene.
